Mediation of holiday homes – Prices of the accommodations

The mentioned prices for the holiday homes are example prices. The current market price is directly negotiated for your offer. The following services are inclusive for every price for a holiday home:

- Towels
- Linen
- Basic cleaning
- Statutory value-added tax

Most of the holiday homes will be cleaned daily.

We offer good holiday homes in Soest from 10€ up per night. We have apartments for single persons, groups up to 12 people. The holiday homes can be rent for single nights, short vacations or longer stays.

Example prices for holiday homes:

1-Bed – Holiday home 20,- Euro
2-Bed – Holiday home 15,- Euro
3-Bed – Holiday home 10,- Euro
Every additional person in a extra bed costs 10,- Euro.

At longer stays the price will be reduced.

In many holiday homes there is a breakfast service.

Standard equipment of the holiday home:

Internet/W-Lan (if necessary for an additional charge)

Fully equipped Kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, kettle, cutlery, dishes, glasses, towels, detergent, toaster.

You can pay at the most providers cash or on account. Increasing also with EC-Card or credit card.
